We are building the future of menopause care. As a global health platform supporting over 1 million members, we are on a mission to prove that access to high-quality, personalised menopause care should be a right, not a privilege.
We are growing one of the UK’s most academically credible and diverse menopause teams. By joining us, you’ll be collaborating with and learning from BMS Advanced Specialists and Trainers, and leading specialists in neurodivergence, breast cancer, histamine intolerance, sexology, and lifestyle medicine.
We look for forward-thinking Menopause Doctors who want to step away from clunky admin and into a tech-forward, data-informed care model that allows you to do what you do best: care for patients. Plus, we’ve just launched the Voy Menopause Academy to heavily invest in our clinicians' continuous CPD, formal mentorship, and advanced training.
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Menopause Specialist Doctor to join our growing Voy Menopause team on a full-time basis.*
The Role
You will provide high-quality menopause care through both synchronous (video) and asynchronous consultations, supporting patients remotely while maintaining the same warmth and continuity as in-person care.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in line with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), British Menopause Society (BMS), and other relevant clinical guidance.
- Assessing patients and developing tailored, individualised treatment plans, including prescribing multiple forms of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), supplements, and innovative new products.
- Providing holistic menopause care via asynchronous messaging and video consultations.
- Supporting continuity of care, enabling long-term management of menopause and perimenopause symptoms.
- Collaborating within a highly diverse multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Actively participating in clinical MDTs, case reviews, and continuous clinical governance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Healthcare is broken. We’re fixing it — and we need your help.
Back in 2019, we launched MANUAL to tackle men's health (starting with hair loss and sexual health). A few years later, we launched Voy with a focus on weight loss. But our ambition has always been bigger. Healthcare too often treats conditions in isolation, not people as a whole, and we're on a mission to prove there's a better way.
In 2025, we evolved from MANUAL into Voy, a brand built for the long game: supporting people through every stage of life, not just a single diagnosis. Today, we support over 1 million members across the UK, Germany and Brazil, delivering personalised care across weight loss, menopause, hair loss and TRT (with more categories on the way).
Ready to join us and change how healthcare feels for millions of people?
