Role Description

The Mens Active and Leisure Designer is a full-time hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for some work from home. The designer will create and develop mens activewear and leisurewear collections, from concept to final samples, aligning designs with brand and customer requirements. Qualifications

  • Strong menswear design skills with proven experience in activewear and leisurewear, including concept development, sketching, and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of performance and casual fabrics, trims, construction techniques, and garment fit tailored to active and lifestyle products.
  • Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and relevant 2D/3D design software).
  • Experience creating clear tech packs and collaborating with factories and suppliers across global production hubs.
  • Understanding of sustainable and organic fashion practices, including materials, processes, and responsible sourcing.
  • Strong trend research and market analysis capabilities for global mens active and leisure segments.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and time-management skills for working with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working with international fashion brands and familiarity with European, American, and Asian retail markets is an advantage.
