About Heracles

Heracles is a CQC-registered men's preventative health and longevity platform. We combine comprehensive biomarker testing, evidence-based clinical pathways, and continuous remote monitoring to help men identify and act on health risks decades before conventional medicine would intervene.

Our clinical direction is set by leaders in the field, including Prof. Suks Minhas (Co-Chair, EAU Guidelines on Male Sexual & Reproductive Health) and Prof. Tet Yap (Chair, European Reference Network on Male Fertility Preservation). We run structured pathways across testosterone deficiency, sexual health, and cardiometabolic optimisation.

We are looking for a GP who wants to practise men's health properly — with time, data, and protocols designed around the patient rather than a ten-minute appointment slot.

The role

You will deliver remote consultations across the Heracles patient pathways: assessing new patients, interpreting comprehensive biomarker panels, initiating and monitoring treatment, and managing ongoing care within our clinical governance framework.

Key responsibilities

Clinical delivery

  • Conduct remote video consultations with new and returning patients
  • Interpret comprehensive blood panels and biomarker data, and translate results into clear, actionable plans
  • Initiate, titrate, and monitor treatment including testosterone replacement therapy, ED treatment, and obesity pharmacotherapy where indicated
  • Assess and manage cardiovascular and metabolic risk
  • Identify red flags and escalate or refer appropriately, including into NHS pathways and our private specialist network
  • Respond to patient messages and asynchronous queries within agreed service levels
  • Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical documentation

Governance and safety

  • Practise within Heracles clinical protocols, CQC requirements, and GMC standards
  • Contribute to clinical audit, significant event review, and quality improvement
  • Report and act on safety concerns promptly
  • Maintain your own appraisal, revalidation, CPD, and indemnity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
