About AZAT MARD
AZAT MARD is a premium menswear brand inspired by Armenian heritage. Through contemporary menswear design, we create garments that preserve culture, tell meaningful stories, and connect people around the world.
Every collection is created with purpose. Every graphic carries meaning. More than creating clothing, we're building a movement that celebrates heritage on a global stage.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Menswear Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping the future of our collections.
About the Role
As our Menswear Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing the AZAT MARD vision to life through meaningful, premium design.
Working closely with the Founder and our design team, you'll research Armenian history, heritage, architecture, symbolism, and culture to develop original concepts that become part of our collections.
From designing graphics for all garments and accessories to creating logos, typography, garment placements, and branding, you'll help shape every collection while ensuring each design reflects the identity and values of AZAT MARD.
This is far more than a traditional graphic design role. We're looking for someone who can think creatively, develop ideas independently, and transform meaningful stories into professionally presented, production-ready graphics.
You'll take ownership of projects from initial research and concept development through to professional presentations, factory-ready artwork, and final production, ensuring every design meets the criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Research Armenian history, heritage, architecture, symbolism, and culture to develop original graphic concepts.
- Create meaningful graphics, typography, and garment artwork across T-shirts, hoodies, knitwear, outerwear, headwear, and accessories.
- Generate original collection concepts that balance storytelling with commercial appeal.
- Maintain and evolve the AZAT MARD visual identity across all collections.
- Produce professional, factory-ready artwork, technical files, and tech packs to the highest industry standard.
- Develop graphics with garment construction, print placements, and production methods in mind.
- Produce professional mock-ups, mood boards, collection presentations, and creative decks.
- Present creative concepts confidently to the Founder and wider team.
- Work closely with the Founder, Merchandiser, and factories throughout the design, sampling, and production process.
- Research global fashion, streetwear, luxury, and graphic design trends while ensuring every collection remains authentic to AZAT MARD.
- Support campaign creative across social media, email marketing, website, launches, and retail assets.
- Use AI creative tools to support research, concept development, and creative exploration.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting collection and production deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
