The successful candidate will work alongside a small team of mental health practitioners to develop a holistic wellbeing service. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in supporting young people who experience mental health and wellbeing difficulties in a Further Education setting.
Key Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.

Our aim is to take a proactive approach to student mental health and wellbeing and the successful candidate will demonstrate their knowledge and ability to utilise a range of interventions to ensure that students have access to good quality support.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, adaptable with the ability to manage a high caseload at peak times. You will have a commitment to following professional guidelines and a commitment to continued professional development, in line with the changing needs of students and the service.
