Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Mental Health and Wellness Coach. The coach will provide virtual wellness coaching sessions, offering guidance and support around mental health, stress management, lifestyle habits, and overall well-being.

  • Assessing client needs
  • Setting achievable goals
  • Developing personalized wellness plans
  • Monitoring progress over time

The coach will collaborate with MantraCare’s AI-driven tools and multidisciplinary care team to ensure consistent, high-quality support across mental health and physical wellness.

Additional tasks may include:

  • Documenting session notes
  • Contributing to educational resources
  • Participating in ongoing professional development

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Health & Wellness and Wellness Coaching, with experience supporting clients in building sustainable well-being practices.
  • Coaching and Weight Management skills, including goal setting, behavior change techniques, and accountability strategies.
  • Knowledge of Nutrition and its role in mental health and holistic wellness, with the ability to provide practical, evidence-informed guidance.
  • Relevant certification or licensure in coaching, counseling, psychology, nutrition, or a related health field.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build trust in virtual, one-on-one and group settings.
  • Comfort working with digital tools and telehealth platforms; experience in remote or online coaching environments is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries, uphold confidentiality, and follow ethical guidelines in all client interactions.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusive, culturally sensitive care.
