Role Description
The Mental Health and Wellness Coach will provide remote, part-time coaching services to clients seeking support in improving their emotional well-being, lifestyle habits, and overall health. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Assessing client needs
- Setting realistic wellness goals
- Creating personalized action plans

The coach will guide clients in stress management, self-care practices, healthy routines, and motivation strategies while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality. Additional tasks include:
- Documenting session notes
- Tracking client progress
- Communicating via secure digital platforms
- Collaborating with other wellness professionals when appropriate
The role may also involve developing educational materials, participating in virtual workshops, and staying current with best practices in mental health and wellness coaching.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Health & Wellness, including understanding of holistic well-being and behavior change principles.
- Strong Wellness Coaching and Coaching skills, with experience guiding clients through goal setting, accountability, and motivational support.
- Knowledge of Nutrition and Weight Management to help clients build sustainable, health-focused habits.
- Relevant certification or training in wellness coaching, health coaching, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent active listening, empathy, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience conducting virtual sessions and using online tools for scheduling, video conferencing, and documentation.
- Commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and cultural humility when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently, manage a part-time caseload, and maintain organized, accurate records.
