Location: Dedham

Description
TILL provides essential support to adults with developmental disabilities, learning differences, acquired brain injury, and other specialized needs through a wide range of housing options, from structured, staffed, small group living to individualized support options. Our clinic is looking for enthusiastic clinicians who are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate therapeutic services to individuals across the lifespan while working alongside a supportive, experienced, and collaborative clinical team. Full-time/Part-time/Fee For Service. Full time salary starting at: $60,000k/yr.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an individual caseload and provide therapeutic services to clients.
- Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes using our EHR.
- Collaborate closely with each client’s support team, which may include group homes, service providers, families, and other professionals.
- Participate in monthly staff meetings and peer consultation meetings.
- Receive ongoing support and weekly supervision from a licensed clinical supervisor.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients while developing your clinical skills along the way!
Qualifications
- 60 credit Master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, or education.
- Must be LICSW, LMHC or LMFT eligible.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
