Health Professional Level 3 Salary: $111,639 - $120,057 (Plus 12.5% Super) Psychologist Level 3 Salary: $123,014 - $133,492 (Plus 12.5% Super)

About the Role: Make a meaningful difference to the mental health and wellbeing of women, infants, and families. The Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Consultation Service (PIMHCS) is seeking a clinician to join its community-based specialist multidisciplinary team, providing perinatal mental health assessment, consultation, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for women planning pregnancy, who are pregnant, or in the first year after birth.
In this rewarding role, you will deliver perinatal mental health triage, assessment, case formulation, and individual and group interventions, while working collaboratively with women, their families, and carers. You will contribute to specialist programs and maintain high-quality clinical documentation, including risk assessments, ensuring safe and effective care for perinatal clients and their infants.

We're looking for a clinician with strong assessment, communication, and therapeutic skills, and a passion for supporting women and families during the perinatal period. Success in this role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, sound clinical judgement, and a collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team. You will be committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and achieving positive outcomes for clients and their families.

- There is only 1 available position to be filled by either Health Professional or Psychologist.

Please note prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to:
- Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
- Current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
- Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.
- Comply with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals.
