💙 About the Role
Working alongside the Service Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of Beck House, ensuring we continue to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred support to adults living with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and autism.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support your team, build positive relationships with residents and professionals, and help drive continuous improvements across the service.

- Supporting the overall management of a 24-hour supported living service.
- Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated support team.
- Promoting a positive, values-led culture focused on recovery and independence.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Supporting recruitment, supervision, and staff development.
- Working alongside healthcare professionals, families, and commissioners.
- Monitoring quality, safeguarding, and service performance.
- Helping residents achieve their personal goals and maximize their independence.

👤 About You
We're looking for someone who leads with compassion, confidence, and integrity.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous leadership or management experience within social care.
- Experience supporting people with mental health needs, learning disabilities, or autism.
- A good understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) is desirable.
Applications are welcomed from experienced leaders, Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs), and Occupational Therapists with supported living experience.
