Become a Mental Health First Aider – Applications Now Open

Are you passionate about supporting colleagues and promoting positive mental wellbeing in the workplace?

We're looking to grow our network of Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs) and are inviting colleagues from across the business to apply to join our next training cohort.

Our MHFAs play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive working environment. They provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for colleagues to talk, helping them access the appropriate support when they need it and encouraging open conversations about mental wellbeing.

This is a voluntary role alongside your day-to-day responsibilities and is supported through accredited training, ongoing development opportunities and a well-established MHFA network.

What you'll be doing

As a Mental Health First Aider, you will:

  • Be a first point of contact for colleagues experiencing emotional distress or mental health challenges.
  • Provide supportive, confidential and non-judgemental conversations.
  • Signpost colleagues to appropriate internal and external sources of support.
  • Promote awareness of mental health and wellbeing across the organisation.
  • Support colleagues in accessing help when needed and take appropriate action if there is a risk of harm.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
