Augmentive was founded to make finding and accessing the right mental health support easier. We bring together consultant-led psychiatric care and a wider network of mental health professionals, supporting people with ADHD, autism and broader mental health needs. Our approach combines compassionate, personalised care with technology that makes accessing and coordinating support simpler.
We’re looking for a compassionate registered nurse with ADHD training and experience to join our consultant-led service on a contract basis, supporting adults.
You’ll work alongside our consultant psychiatrists and wider team to support safe, personalised care. Our consultant psychiatrists provide clinical leadership and oversight of psychiatric care, with nurses contributing their own expertise and professional judgement within their agreed scope of practice. This role would suit someone who enjoys building therapeutic relationships, working collaboratively and making a positive difference to patients’ experiences.

We’d like to hear from nurses who bring:
- Current UK NMC registration as a registered nurse.
- Relevant ADHD training and clinical experience supporting adults with ADHD (including a relevant prescribing qualification).
- Sound clinical judgement, including recognising when to seek advice or escalate concerns.
- A clear understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and professional responsibilities.
- A kind, respectful communication style and the ability to build trust with people from different backgrounds.
- An organised, reliable approach and confidence using digital clinical systems.
- A commitment to safe, evidence-based care and multidisciplinary working.
We welcome applications from registered mental health nurses and nurses from other registration backgrounds who have relevant ADHD training and experience.
