Job Purpose
To manage a caseload of young people referred to the service, working collaboratively with other services both internal and external, to provide consultations and mental health assessments to assist young people overcome the obstacles they face and to achieve their potential.
Work in partnership with young people, families/ carers and other services regarding decision making and planning to help them to make informed decisions, to enable them to clarify and express their needs and to co-produce solutions.
