- You'll manage your own caseload,
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, and
- Work alongside individuals, families, carers and partner organisations to provide holistic, person-centred care.
As an experienced practitioner, you'll also play an important role in shaping service development, supporting colleagues and contributing to the ongoing improvement of mental health services.
