Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The aim of the Sussex CAMHS 'hospital at home' is to provide an alternative to admission to support the local network around the young person (aged 12-18) whilst they are in the acute stage of mental health difficulties. You will be part of an MDT with nursing, psychiatry, occupational therapy, family therapy, social worker, mental health practitioners and support workers.

In the development of this new service you will have opportunities for specialist training including in CBT, DBT, and approaches to working with eating needs.

We are a friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team, who are dedicated to providing a high quality service which complements the work done by our wider CAMHS colleagues. As part of Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust’s commitment to developing Crisis Care for CAMHS and in line with the NHS Long Term Plan, we are developing our CAMHS Crisis care pathway across Sussex, aimed at further meeting the needs of children and young people presenting with acute mental health needs.
