An exciting opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and motivated NMC registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Service in Bridgwater on a 12 month secondment or fixed term contract.
This role offers the chance to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care to people with severe and enduring mental health difficulties. The successful candidate will support a number of specialist clinics, including the Depot Clinic, Clozapine Clinic and Wellbeing Clinic, providing medication administration, physical health monitoring and ongoing mental health support.

Additional Duties:
- Play an active role in the team's duty system.
- Support assessments, respond to urgent referrals and contribute to the delivery of recovery-focused care across the wider Community Mental Health Team.

Requirements:
- Hold current NMC registration.
- Be able to travel independently across the Bridgwater locality.
