What Do We Do
Restore provides welcoming, person-centred spaces, craft and art workshops, kitchens, allotments and shops, where individuals are supported in their mental health recovery and resilience. Our approach prioritises emotional wellbeing and connection, with structured activities provided as a resource to help people build self-esteem, confidence, and a sense of purpose. While activities are available to enhance recovery, our primary focus remains on fostering a supportive environment tailored to each person's unique journey.

About The Role
- Deliver recovery activities and facilitate mental health support in indoor and outdoor spaces, for individuals and groups.
- An interest in horticulture, arts and crafts and cooking.
- Support people in setting and achieving personal goals, promoting independence and social inclusion.
- Co-facilitate group sessions and goal-based interventions, adapting approaches to meet diverse needs.
- Maintain compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and information governance requirements.
- Monitor outcomes, evaluate progress, and implement improvements as needed.
- Plan and deliver structured recovery activities.
- Encourage participation and engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Use strengths-based approaches to support mental health recovery and personal development.

The Successful Candidate
- Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for mental health recovery work.
- Experience in delivering group and individual support within health, social care, or related sectors.
- Good communication skills (written, verbal, motivational).
- Enthusiasm for customer service, catering, craft and horticulture.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and organise work.
- IT literacy (proficient in Word, email, and data input).
- Willingness to travel within Restore’s service area.
All the above skills, knowledge, experience, and behaviours will be tested at application and interview including the desirables.
