Senior Service Manager - Mental Health
We are working with a well-established Mental Health charity seeking an experienced Senior Service Manager to lead and develop its Safe Haven service.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for service quality, performance, safeguarding, budgets, contract compliance, and continuous improvement. A key focus will be preparing the service for a major retender later this year.
Location: Oxford - Hybrid
Hours: Full or part-time considered
Salary: £53,000 full-time salary

Contract: Fixed term contract until January 2027
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong experience leading and managing services and teams.
- Experience within mental health or community-based services.
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, contracts, and quality standards.
- Strong safeguarding knowledge.
- Experience leading change and service improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to confidently work with commissioners, funders, and senior partners.
