Mental Health Support Worker
Location: Wrexham
Contract Options Available:
- 24 Hours Per Week (2x 12 hour shifts) – £16,640 per annum
- 36 Hours Per Week (3x 12 hour shifts) – £24,960 per annum

Are you passionate about helping people live fulfilling and independent lives? We are looking for caring, committed, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our Supported Living team, supporting eight individuals with mental health needs to achieve their goals, build confidence, and maintain their independence. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering people to live independently within their home and local community. You will provide person-centered support that promotes wellbeing, recovery, choice, and inclusion.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will support individuals to develop life skills, achieve personal outcomes, and manage their mental health in a positive and meaningful way.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking caring and resilient individuals who are passionate about supporting others. Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience working within mental health, social care, or a support environment.
- A person-centered approach and genuine passion for helping others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to remain calm, adaptable, and positive in challenging situations.
- A commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
- A full UK driving license (desirable but not essential).
