At Response, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.

We're looking for compassionate, motivated people who want to support others, champion independence, and build a rewarding career in mental health.

Whether you're starting out in care, considering a career change, or already have experience supporting people, we'll give you the training, skills and support you need to make a genuine difference.

Why This Role Matters

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll help people living with serious mental health challenges build confidence, develop life skills, and move towards greater independence.

No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting someone to attend an appointment, learn budgeting skills, or take part in activities they enjoy. Another day you could be helping someone achieve an important personal goal they've been working towards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
