Job Description

Shift Details

  • Full-time - 36 hrs/week between Monday - Sunday
  • Shifts vary depending on weekly activities, with a maximum of 08:00am–20:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Offering emotional and behavioural support
  • Creating a safe, empowering environment
  • Supporting daily living skills and personal goals
  • Promoting hygiene, well‑being, and independence
  • Communicating with families and carers
  • Managing medication and budgeting
  • Adapting to varied, meaningful daily tasks

Who We’re Looking For

Whether you're an experienced Support Worker or new to care, if you have a heart for helping others live independently and with dignity, we’ll give you the training, tools, and support to thrive.

All applicants will complete a DBS check paid for by Lifeways.
