Looking for a role where what you do genuinely matters?
Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a specialist mental health rehabilitation service in Mansfield.
This isn't your typical support worker role and it isn't your typical care home.
You'll be joining a service that helps people rebuild their confidence, regain their independence and work towards moving back into the community. Every person you support is on their own recovery journey, and you'll play a key part in helping them get there.
The service is proud to have achieved the rare distinction of being rated Outstanding in all five areas by CQC, something very few services ever accomplish. As a result, you'll be joining a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional care and achieving the very best outcomes for the people they support.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are ever the same.
You could be helping someone develop everyday living skills, supporting them to attend appointments, taking part in activities in the community, or simply providing encouragement during a difficult day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
