Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Mental Health Clinician - Therapist. The clinician will provide evidence-based tele-therapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families within MantraCare’s digital ecosystem. Daily responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments
- Developing personalized treatment plans
- Delivering ongoing psychotherapy sessions
- Coordinating care with other behavioral health and medical professionals as appropriate

The therapist will:
- Document clinical encounters in accordance with regulatory and company standards
- Collaborate with the broader care team on complex cases
- Leverage digital tools and AI-supported workflows to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Participate in regular supervision or consultation
- Adhere to ethical guidelines
- Commit to culturally responsive, person-centered care
Qualifications
- Background in Social Work with skills in case coordination, psychosocial assessment, and resource linkage.
- Experience in Case Management focused on care planning, follow-up, and integration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Training in Psychology, including knowledge of diagnostic frameworks, therapeutic modalities, and behavioral interventions.
- Competence in Family Therapy with the ability to address relational dynamics and provide systemic, family-centered care.
- Expertise in Behavioral Health, including managing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and co-occurring issues.
- Relevant clinical license or credential (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent) in good standing in applicable jurisdiction(s).
- Experience delivering telehealth or virtual therapy services, with strong comfort using digital platforms and electronic health records.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and culturally sensitive practice across varied populations.
- Strong communication, boundaries, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Master’s or higher degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
