Role Description
The Mental Health & Wellness Therapist at MantraCare is a part-time, remote role focused on delivering high-quality therapeutic support to individuals across diverse backgrounds. In this position, the therapist provides evidence-based counseling, develops treatment plans, and supports clients with a range of mental health and wellness needs through secure virtual sessions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Conducting assessments
- Coordinating care with other providers
- Documenting progress in alignment with clinical and organizational standards
The therapist collaborates with MantraCare’s AI-driven tools and multidisciplinary team to ensure timely, personalized interventions and contribute to continuous improvement of care pathways. Flexibility, professional integrity, and comfort working in a tech-enabled environment are essential.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health and Treatment Planning, with the ability to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Experience in Social Work and Case Management, including coordinating services and supporting clients through complex systems of care.
- Skills in Family Therapy and related modalities, with a focus on supporting relational health and family dynamics.
- Active licensure (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, Psychologist, or equivalent) in good standing in relevant practice jurisdiction(s).
- Prior experience providing remote or telehealth-based therapy in a diverse, multicultural setting.
- Strong communication skills, ethical practice standards, and the ability to maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation.
- Comfort using digital health tools and working within an AI-supported care environment.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field.
