Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mental Health Therapist role based in Delhi, India. The therapist will provide individual, group, and family-based mental health services, including assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-informed interventions tailored to diverse client needs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Developing and updating treatment plans
- Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Case management
- Collaborating with social support services
- Contributing to integrated care pathways across MantraCare’s AI-supported ecosystem
The role also involves participating in clinical discussions, following ethical and regulatory standards, and engaging in ongoing professional development to align with best practices in mental health care.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Mental Health, including assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention skills.
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management to design, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.
- Experience in Family Therapy and Social Work to support clients within their family and community systems.
- Relevant master’s degree or higher in psychology, clinical social work, counseling, or a related mental health field.
- Valid licensure or certification to practice as a mental health professional in India, or eligibility to obtain it.
- Knowledge of evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy) and trauma-informed practice.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfort with technology-enabled care, electronic health records, and AI-supported clinical workflows.
- Commitment to culturally sensitive, inclusive, and ethically grounded practice.
