Role Description
The Mental Health Worker contract role at MantraCare is a remote position focused on supporting clients within an AI-enabled, expert-assisted care model. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting client assessments
- Providing psychosocial support
- Coordinating care plans
- Collaborating with licensed mental health professionals and other interdisciplinary team members
The Mental Health Worker will help monitor client progress, document interactions in digital systems, and ensure continuity of care across mental health, chronic conditions, and wellness services. The role involves working with diverse populations, responding to referrals generated by AI triage, and contributing to high-quality, person-centered care.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for building rapport, communicating clearly, and supporting clients from varied backgrounds.
- Skills in Social Work, with experience in advocacy, resource navigation, and psychosocial support.
- Foundational knowledge in Psychology to understand mental health conditions, behavior, and evidence-informed interventions.
- Experience in Case Management, including assessment, care planning, coordination, and follow-up.
- Competencies in Mental Health, such as working with mood and anxiety disorders, stress, and crisis support.

Relevant qualifications include a degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field; licensure or certification is preferred where applicable.
