Mentors support learners as they develop financial confidence and long-term income plans. Team members work collaboratively in a remote environment, sharing insights and methods that empower clients to take ownership of their financial future.
Role Description
The Mentor role at Tracey Class is a part-time, remote position focused on guiding clients as they learn to build recurring income and increase time freedom. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Meeting with clients virtually
- Explaining key concepts and strategies
- Helping them develop action plans tailored to their goals

The Mentor will provide encouragement, answer questions, and offer clear, practical feedback as clients implement income-building steps. This role also involves:

- Documenting client progress
- Maintaining communication through online tools
- Collaborating with the wider team to improve learning materials and mentoring approaches
Qualifications
- Ability to explain financial and income-building concepts in a clear, accessible way and adapt guidance to different learning styles.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or teaching in a one-on-one or small-group setting, preferably in a remote or online environment.
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and encouragement.
- Comfort with digital tools such as video conferencing platforms, online collaboration software, and basic office applications.
- Understanding of recurring income models (e.g., subscriptions, digital products, services, or investments) and practical experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage a part-time schedule, and maintain organized records of client interactions and progress.
- Commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive mentoring practices and respect for clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Relevant education or training in business, finance, coaching, or related fields is beneficial but not required if experience is strong.
