About Entrext
Entrext (Entrepreneur’s Next) is a product-studio ownership ecosystem built around a simple idea: people should have the opportunity to build, own, and compound the value of what they create.
We pair technical builders, growth operators, and founders to identify problems, launch niche digital products, and find products with the potential to become meaningful businesses.
Through Entrext Labs, we rapidly test and ship products to discover what works. Through Entrext Pro, we bring together committed founders to build and scale higher-conviction opportunities.
We are now building a network of experienced founders, operators, and investors who can help the next generation of Entrext builders move faster and make better decisions.
The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced founders, growth operators, and investors who want to mentor early-stage builders.
This is not a traditional consulting role. We are not looking for someone to give generic startup advice.
We want people who have actually built, scaled, invested in, or worked closely with startups and can sit with a founder, understand what they are trying to do, ask the right questions, and say:
“If I were in your position, this is what I would do next—and here’s why.”
Your primary area of contribution will be Growth & GTM, particularly helping founders go from:
- Idea
- Validation
- First Customers
You don’t need to have all the answers. What matters is your ability to help founders find the answers themselves through better thinking, experimentation, and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Have regular weekly check-ins with founders you mentor.
- Help founders think through their GTM strategy, customer acquisition, positioning, pricing, and early growth experiments.
- Share your firsthand experiences of what worked—and what didn’t—when building companies.
- Challenge assumptions and help founders identify what they may be missing.
- Help founders design simple experiments to validate whether an idea is worth pursuing.
- Help them move from “I have an idea” → “someone actually wants this” → “someone will pay for this.”
- Review their experiments, results, and metrics and help determine what to do next.
- Help founders prioritize rather than trying to solve everything at once.
- Be a sounding board for difficult decisions, especially when there isn’t an obvious answer.
- Introduce relevant people from your network where you genuinely believe an introduction can materially help.
- Work asynchronously when useful, rather than making mentorship dependent entirely on meetings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re particularly interested in people who have:
- Built a startup from $0 → $1M+ ARR, or have comparable experience scaling an early-stage business.
- Significant hands-on experience in growth, GTM, sales, distribution, or product-led growth.
- Invested in or worked closely with 50+ startups and developed a strong understanding of what separates promising companies from ideas that don’t work.
- Been a founder, operator, investor, or senior startup leader.
- Strong pattern recognition from having seen many companies and business models.
- The ability to ask exceptionally good questions rather than simply telling founders what to do.
- A genuine interest in helping ambitious people become better builders.

How the Relationship Works
You don’t need to become a formal advisor from day one.
You start as a Mentor.
You spend time with Entrext founders, understand what they’re building, share your experience, and help them navigate the earliest and most uncertain stages of building a company.
If there is strong chemistry between you and a particular founder—and both sides want to work together more closely—the relationship can potentially evolve into a formal Advisor role.
Depending on the founder, product, involvement, network contribution, and expected commitment, an advisor may be considered for approximately 0.5%–1% advisory equity in the relevant product/company.
This is not guaranteed compensation and is evaluated individually based on the depth and nature of the relationship.
Why Join Entrext?
You get the opportunity to:
- Help ambitious builders before they become obvious successes.
- Influence how new products and companies are built from day one.
- Build meaningful relationships with founders and future entrepreneurs.
- Share your experience without taking on the responsibilities of becoming a full-time operator.
- Potentially become a long-term advisor to a founder or product you strongly believe in.
- Participate in the ownership ecosystem when there is genuine alignment.
What We Value
- Experience over credentials.
- Questions over prescriptions.
- Practicality over theory.
- Long-term relationships over transactional mentorship.
- Ownership over hierarchy.
We’re looking for people who don’t just want to tell founders what to do.
We want people who enjoy building with them
