MEP BIM Manager
We are working with an award-winning architecture and design studio with offices in London & the gulf who are seeking an experienced MEP BIM Manager to lead the strategic development and implementation of BIM Building Services across the practice.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards while driving innovation in digital design and information management.
Projects are global, offering the opportunity to thrive in an international, multicultural environment. You’ll contribute to some of the most innovative and inspiring buildings worldwide, with current and recent projects including office, heritage, science and industry developments, including residential and healthcare facilities.

About the Role
In this role you will fulfil a key role in the delivery of projects, including the planning and production of models, drawings, and data while supervising and supporting team members and collaborating with colleagues across disciplines.
You will be the focal point for collaborative BIM delivery, developing coordination strategies, managing coordination with other disciplines and stakeholders, while encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Solid knowledge of Autodesk Revit, including model setup, modelling, drawing production and family management.
- Have a strong background in MEP building services systems and coordination, across a range of project sectors and stages.
- Must have a thorough understanding of the principles, processes and standards required to produce high-quality models and drawings.
- Have experience of managing and supporting others through guidance, training, and constructive feedback.

This hybrid role offers excellent career progression that would require willingness to travel to The Gulf and India occasionally mainly visiting our clients regional offices.
