Product Delivery Engineer - MEP
London
Hybrid / predominantly office-based (4 days a week)
About the Role
We are looking for an MEP Design Engineer to join a growing technology team within a leading global engineering and infrastructure organisation.
You will help ensure that AI-driven engineering products deliver high-quality, practical outcomes for real-world building and infrastructure projects.
What You'll Do
- Review MEP designs, models and technical outputs for quality and accuracy.
- Apply your mechanical, electrical and public health engineering knowledge to assess engineering solutions.
- Work with product and software teams to translate engineering and client requirements into practical product deliverables.
- Support clients and project teams, understanding their requirements and helping solve technical challenges.
- Work with BIM and digital engineering tools, including Revit and similar platforms.
- Help validate engineering models and data for digital and AI-enabled workflows.
- Contribute to improving products, processes and engineering workflows.
- Manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- HNC/HND/degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Practical MEP design, coordination or design-review experience.
- Broad understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health systems.
- Strong design checking / QA skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with BIM/3D digital environments.
- Comfortable learning and using new digital tools, including AI/LLMs.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Desirable
- Strong Revit, Solibri or similar BIM experience.
- Experience validating or preparing Revit models for digital workflows.
- Knowledge of Revit-to-IFC conversion, asset classification or space/room data.
- Exposure to AI, automation, computational design or digital engineering.
- Experience across different building types or international projects.
