MEP Design Engineer (BIM)
Remote | Full-time | PKR 100,000–140,000 (based on experience)
Survey2Plan is a UK-based surveying and BIM services company working with architects, developers, and construction firms on Scan-to-BIM, and 3D modelling projects across the UK. We're growing our BIM team and looking for one MEP Design Engineer who's comfortable owning clash detection and coordination end-to-end.
What you'll do:
- Run clash detection and coordination across MEP, structural, and architectural models using Navisworks/Revit
- Perform model checking and QA against BIM standards
- Develop MEP models in Revit from survey/scan data for UK-based commercial and residential projects
- Produce coordination reports and COBie-compliant documentation for project handover

What you bring:
- Hands-on experience with Revit MEP and Navisworks on live projects (not just training/certification)
- Working knowledge of COBie and BIM data handover requirements
- Comfortable coordinating directly with multidisciplinary teams (structural, architectural, civil)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently in a remote setup

- Salary: PKR 100,000–140,000 (based on experience)
- Working hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PKT)
- Saturday & Sunday off
- 28 paid leaves per year
