Help Price Some of the UK's Most Technically Advanced Data Centre Projects
We're looking for an experienced MEP Estimator to join a growing pre construction team delivering major hyperscale data centre projects across the UK. This is an opportunity to work on highly engineered, mission critical developments where every detail matters. You'll play a key role in producing accurate, commercially robust estimates that help shape project strategy from the earliest stages through to successful tender submission.
The Role
As the MEP Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate mechanical, electrical and public health estimates for major construction projects, working closely with Design, Engineering and Commercial teams throughout the tender process. You'll review technical information, engage with specialist supply chain partners and identify risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions to ensure competitive, high quality submissions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
