MEP Design Lead – Business Development Support
Location: London, UK
Experience: 10–12 Years
About the Role
Lead UK MEP projects while supporting business development through client engagement and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary MEP projects.
- Support business development, proposals, and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with UK standards and RIBA Stages 1–4.
- Mentor engineering teams.
- Promote sustainable, low-carbon design.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10–12 years in MEP/Building Services Consultancy.
- Mandatory UK project experience and CEng.
- Healthcare/Data Centre experience is an advantage.

Technical Skills
- Mechanical or Electrical Building Services.
- IES VE or Amtech.
- UK standards, sustainability, and BREEAM AP preferred.
