MEP Project Director | Hyperscale Data Centre | West London
£140,000 – £180,000 + Package
We’re working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor to appoint an experienced MEP Project Director for a major hyperscale Data Centre development in West London.
This is a senior project leadership position, taking responsibility for the MEP delivery on a large, technically complex mission-critical scheme.
You’ll be working as part of an established project team, leading the building services function and managing the interface between design, construction, specialist contractors, commissioning teams and the client.
The role will include:
- Overall leadership of MEP delivery across the project
- Managing major mechanical, electrical and public health packages
- Driving design coordination and buildability through the delivery stages
- Managing specialist MEP subcontractors and ensuring packages remain on programme
- Working closely with commercial, design and construction teams
- Managing key interfaces between MEP services and the wider build
- Leading MEP discussions with the client, consultants and key stakeholders
- Overseeing quality, testing, commissioning and handover
- Leading and developing the wider MEP project team

We’re looking for:
- An experienced MEP PD / MEP Project Lead / Senior MEP Manager
- Strong Data Centre / mission-critical project experience
- Proven experience leading £50m+ MEP packages
- Main contractor experience on major construction projects
- A track record of taking significant MEP packages through delivery and commissioning
- Strong technical knowledge across building services
- The leadership and communication skills to operate effectively with demanding clients and senior stakeholders
- Experience managing specialist contractors and multidisciplinary MEP teams
