MEP Project Manager – Data Centre | Europe
Earthstream Global is looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of major mission-critical data centre projects across Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong MEP professional with proven experience in large mission-critical or Data Centre projects, who is looking to take ownership of complex projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
As the MEP Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of MEP packages, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and specialist vendors across the project lifecycle.

You will oversee:
- Mechanical, electrical, BMS, fire protection, and ELV systems
- MEP design coordination and technical reviews
- Installation, integration, testing, and commissioning
- Programme, cost, quality, and risk management
- Change control and commercial impacts
- Contractor and subcontractor performance
- QA/QC, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Commissioning strategies and IST (Integrated Systems Testing)
- Client, consultant, and main contractor interfaces
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong MEP Project Management experience
- Good experience on Mission-critical projects
- Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent programme, risk, and commercial management capability
- Commissioning and handover experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Additional European languages are advantageous
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Large data centre experience highly desirable
