MEP Project Manager

Please note: although this role is being advertised in London, it is actually based in Guernsey and would require relocation to the island.

We are assisting a well-established construction contractor with a strong and growing presence across the Channel Islands, delivering a diverse portfolio of new-build, refurbishment and fit-out projects spanning residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors. As demand for their services continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Project Manager to join their delivery team in Guernsey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanical, electrical and plumbing specialist to take ownership of MEP delivery across a varied project pipeline, working closely with design teams, subcontractors and site management to ensure services are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the planning, coordination and delivery of MEP works across live construction projects, from pre-construction through to handover
  • Liaising with M&E consultants, subcontractors and specialist suppliers to ensure design intent is achieved on site
  • Reviewing and approving MEP subcontractor programmes, method statements and technical submissions
  • Monitoring progress, quality and compliance against project specifications, building regulations and health and safety requirements
  • Managing MEP budgets and cost control, including variations and change management
  • Supporting commissioning and testing processes ahead of practical completion
  • Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants and the wider project team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
