Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 + Package

A leading Tier 1 MEP Contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major healthcare project in London.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the UK's leading MEP contractors on a flagship scheme, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

You'll be joining a business with an excellent reputation for delivering complex projects and offering genuine long-term career progression.

The Role

As MEP Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination and execution of all MEP activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, you will drive performance throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining exceptional standards of safety, quality and commercial control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health packages from design through to commissioning and final handover.
  • Manage project scope, programme, budget and quality to ensure successful delivery.
  • Review MEP designs, technical submissions and construction methodologies for compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Oversee procurement activities, including the appointment and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain programme.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, design teams and site management to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with health, safety and environmental legislation.
  • Lead commissioning, testing and project close-out activities.
  • Manage and develop project engineering and site management teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practice throughout the project.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all MEP project delivery matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
