Location: Central London
Working Pattern: Office-based, 4 days/week + regular site visits
Salary: £55,000 – £80,000
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
About the Opportunity
We're recruiting on behalf of a Project Management Consultancy Data Centre team, looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join their growing London-based team. This is an opportunity for someone with strong MEP delivery experience who wants to move away from being permanently site-based, while staying close to live, high-profile data centre projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of MEP packages across new-build and fit-out data centre schemes, from design through to commissioning and handover
- Act as key point of contact between clients, design teams, and MEP contractors
- Own programme, cost, risk and quality reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Attend site regularly to monitor progress and design compliance
Requirements
- Proven Project Manager/Senior PM with a strong background in MEP delivery
- Significant data centre experience
- Confident holding technical conversations on power, cooling and critical infrastructure
- Comfortable managing MEP contractors and consultants, with strong client/stakeholder management
- Solid grasp of project controls - programme, cost, risk
- Relevant qualification in Engineering, Building Services or Construction Management
- UK-based with right to work
