We're Hiring | MEP Project Manager | South of England
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering a major, high-value project in the South of England. This is your chance to play a key role on a technically challenging, flagship scheme within either the Data Centre or Pharmaceutical sector, working alongside a highly experienced project delivery team.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading the mechanical and electrical delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of MEP packages on a large-scale construction project.
- Manage subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
- Oversee programme, quality, commercial, and HSE performance.
- Coordinate design, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Drive successful project delivery while maintaining excellent client relationships.

About You
- Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager on major construction projects.
- Previous exposure to Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Mission Critical, or other complex MEP-intensive projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage fast-paced, technically demanding projects.
