MEP Quality Assurance Manager

Hyperscale Data Centre

London – approximately 15 minutes from the City

TClarke are currently looking to appoint an experienced MEP Quality Assurance Manager to join the delivery team on a major hyperscale data centre project in London, located approximately 15 minutes from the City.

The project is currently in preconstruction, with this phase running through to December 2026, before moving into full construction and delivery. With completion expected approximately three years later, this is a long-term opportunity to work on a major hyperscale project from early-stage design and preconstruction through to installation, commissioning and handover.

We are open to considering both permanent and freelance candidates for this position.

You will take responsibility for driving quality assurance and quality control across the MEP installation, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Construction Managers, subcontractors and the wider project delivery team to ensure works are delivered to the required standards.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to play a key role on a major hyperscale data centre development, joining the project during its preconstruction phase and supporting the development and implementation of robust quality processes throughout the project lifecycle.

With preconstruction continuing until December 2026 and the overall project running for a further three years, this role offers long-term involvement on a technically complex and high-profile project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
