MEP Quality Assurance Manager

Data Centre

Principal Contractor

Greater London

Circa £90,000 + Package

A technically led Principal Contractor is looking to appoint an MEP Quality Assurance Manager for a new data-centre development in Greater London.

This is an urgent permanent appointment requiring someone who understands the quality, compliance and documentation standards expected across technically complex, mission-critical projects.

You will take responsibility for managing the project’s electrical quality processes, working closely with the delivery, engineering and commissioning teams to ensure installations are completed, inspected and documented to the required standards.

There may be flexibility around the salary for an exceptional candidate with directly relevant data-centre experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the project Quality Management Plan.
  • Prepare, review and manage inspection and test plans.
  • Monitor electrical installations against approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate inspections with project teams, subcontractors, consultants and the client.
  • Manage inspection records, test certification and quality documentation.
  • Track defects, observations and non-conformance reports through to closure.
  • Carry out quality audits of subcontractors and supply-chain partners.
  • Support factory acceptance testing and site acceptance testing.
  • Coordinate quality requirements with the commissioning programme.
  • Manage snagging, completion records and system handover documentation.
  • Ensure electrical turnover packs are complete, accurate and submitted on programme.
  • Produce reports covering inspections, defects, documentation and quality risks.
  • Promote a strong quality culture across the project team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
