We are currently recruiting for an experienced Revit Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Revit Coordinator to join an established Mechanical & Electrical building services organisation based in London.
The business delivers technically complex MEP projects across commercial fit-out, refurbishment, infrastructure, data centres, technology and retail, with a particular focus on high-quality commercial and technology-sector projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Revit Coordinator to join an experienced in-house design and BIM team, working on a variety of high-profile London projects from design development through to installation and completion.
The Role
As a Revit Coordinator, you will play a key role in the coordination and development of MEP models across a range of commercial and technically demanding projects.
You will work closely with Mechanical and Electrical engineers, project managers, designers, consultants and site teams to ensure building services designs are fully coordinated and delivered accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services within Revit.
- Developing, reviewing and maintaining detailed MEP models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating consultant designs and developing models to suit installation requirements.
- Identifying and resolving clashes between MEP services and other building elements.
- Working closely with design engineers and project teams to ensure models are accurate and buildable.
- Producing and reviewing detailed drawings and BIM information.
- Supporting the delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Working on technically complex environments including data centres and technology-sector projects.
- Supporting coordination across plant rooms, service risers, ceiling voids and other congested areas.
- Attending design and coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Ensuring BIM standards and project requirements are consistently maintained.
- Assisting site teams with technical queries and design information where required.
- Supporting the development and coordination of projects from initial design through to installation, testing and commissioning.

The projects involve complex Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services, requiring a high level of coordination and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Revit Coordinator, BIM Coordinator, MEP Coordinator or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
- Experience coordinating MEP / Building Services models.
- Good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical building services.
- Experience working on commercial fit-out, refurbishment or technically complex MEP projects.
- Ability to identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and model coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineers, designers and project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.
£50,000 – £60,000 salary
