We’re looking for an experienced Revit Engineer with strong MEP experience to join our Regional Build team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual to play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, working closely with our design, engineering, construction and supply chain teams.

You’ll use your Revit expertise to support the development, coordination and delivery of MEP information, helping ensure designs are accurate, buildable and effectively integrated into the wider project.

As a (MEP) Revit Engineer You Will

  • Developing and managing detailed MEP models using Revit.
  • Producing and coordinating accurate technical drawings and model information.
  • Working closely with MEP designers, engineers, architects and construction teams.
  • Coordinating MEP services with architectural and structural elements.
  • Identifying and resolving design clashes and coordination issues.
  • Supporting BIM coordination and information management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reviewing design information to ensure it is accurate, compliant and suitable for construction.
  • Working with specialist subcontractors and the wider supply chain to ensure coordinated MEP solutions.

  • Good understanding of MEP systems and building services coordination.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models and resolving clashes.
  • Knowledge of BIM processes and information management.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and design information.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
