MEP Revit Technician
Location: Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, or Oxfordshire (Hybrid)
Job Type: Permanent | Full Time
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Are you an experienced MEP Revit Technician looking to join a well-established engineering consultancy with an outstanding reputation for technical excellence and career development? We're working with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy that is continuing to grow due to an increasing pipeline of projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative BIM team delivering high-quality building services projects across a variety of sectors.
The Role
Working as part of an experienced BIM and engineering team, you'll be responsible for developing coordinated MEP models from concept through to detailed design, with a strong focus on producing high-quality Stage 4 construction-ready information. You'll work closely with Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers, as well as architects, structural engineers and external design teams to ensure coordinated, clash-free models are delivered throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Produce detailed MEP Revit models and drawings across RIBA Stages 2 to 4.
- Develop coordinated, buildable models for construction.
- Work collaboratively with internal engineers and external design teams.
- Carry out model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks or similar software.
- Work within BIM standards, including ISO 19650 and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Provide technical input and challenge designs where appropriate to improve coordination and buildability.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy across all project deliverables.
About You
We're interested in speaking with Revit Technicians from all experience levels, although those with several years' experience within MEP Building Services will be particularly well suited. You'll ideally have:
- Strong Autodesk Revit MEP experience.
- Previous experience within a Building Services consultancy or MEP environment.
- Good understanding of BIM processes and coordinated design.
- Experience working with project-specific BEPs and ISO 19650.
- Knowledge of Navisworks or Solibri for clash detection.
- Understanding of RIBA design stages.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
