An opportunity has arisen for an experienced MEP Site Manager to support the successful delivery of a major construction project for a leading contractor. This role is ideal for a proactive and technically competent individual with a strong background in managing Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) installations through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all MEP activities on site.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor installation progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
- Conduct inspections, quality checks, and snagging activities.
- Liaise with project management teams, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Support commissioning and handover processes.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an MEP Site Manager on commercial, industrial, healthcare, data centre, or similar large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services installations.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex site activities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant site certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
- Availability to start at short notice.
