About The Role
As a Mercedes-Benz Star Expert, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage of the customer journey. Working closely with our Sales Team, you’ll build genuine relationships with customers, support them throughout their visit and ensure every interaction reflects the premium standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
You’ll become an expert in our products, services and technology, helping customers understand everything Mercedes-Benz has to offer while creating memorable experiences that exceed expectations. This is far more than a customer service role – it’s an opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring every customer receives the outstanding level of service we’re proud to deliver at Mercedes-Benz of Carlisle.
About You
