Job Description

The position involves supporting the Merchandising team in managing distribution of stock to stores, allocating out stock on current and new lines and organising transfers between stores to ensure stores have the optimum stock package to drive maximum sales and profit. An MAA also creates daily and weekly reports to support the AM and Merchandiser.

What we are offering you

  • Plan and allocate stock to the right stores at the right time.
  • Monitor bestselling products and stock levels to maximise sales.
  • Work with stores, including flagships, and online teams, to manage stock effectively.
  • Respond to store requests and complete ad hoc analysis or admin tasks.
  • Produce daily and weekly reports for the Merchandising team.
  • Follow company and department processes and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Represent the brand positively and suggest improvements where appropriate.
  • Take ownership of personal development and participate in coaching, feedback, training and team meetings.
  • Carry out any other duties as required.
