Location: Head Office, Tewkesbury

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Salary: up to £27,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Merchandise Admin Assistant to join our Merchandising team at Head Office. You will be providing essential support to the Merchandiser and collaborating with other colleagues, to maximise profit and optimise our stock across the business.

Your Key Areas of Focus

  • Ensure system accuracy and manage stock queries for web orders.
  • Compile new season Price Lists and Markdown Files for Concessions.
  • Allocate stock to our Concession partners to maximise sales.
  • Manage product set up for marketplace channels.
  • Complete stock adjustments to ensure stock files are correct.
  • With the guidance from the Merchandiser and Assistant Merchandiser compile and provide information on ad-hoc requests from other areas of the business.

This role is based from our Head Office in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. So any candidate must be happy with commuting often to this location. Hybrid working is an option and can be discussed, once the initial induction into the role has been completed.
