If you’re passionate about product, brand storytelling and bringing ideas to life through beautifully crafted merchandise, this could be your next step.

At Aston Martin, our Merchandise team plays a key role in extending the experience of our ultra-luxury performance brand beyond the car itself. From accessories and apparel to homeware, every product we create needs to feel as considered, premium and iconic as the vehicles we produce. This is an opportunity to be part of that journey, helping shape and deliver a range that connects with our owners, future customers and fans around the world.

Role Overview

As Merchandise Executive, you’ll support the development and delivery of both own-label and co-branded collections, working across the full product lifecycle. From early concepts through to launch, you’ll help ensure products meet design intent, quality standards, commercial targets and key timelines. You’ll work closely with external partners and internal teams to bring products to market, while maintaining accuracy, structure and attention to detail across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in how we trade and evolve our ranges.
  • Through analysis of performance data, market trends and competitor activity, help inform decisions that optimise product and drive category performance.
  • Build strong product knowledge and act as a trusted point of reference for merchandise across the wider business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
