About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Merchandise Operative to join our Merchandise & Logistics team.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth movement, tracking, and management of client stock, samples, and props throughout our studio operation. You'll be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining stock accuracy, supporting studio productions, and ensuring products are delivered to the right place at the right time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of a collaborative team supporting some of the biggest creative productions in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Stock & Inventory Management

  • Receive, check in, and accurately record goods within studio stock management systems.
  • Apply and manage barcode and QR code tracking processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client stock, samples, and props.
  • Support quality control processes to ensure inventory accuracy and accountability.

Logistics & Studio Support

  • Unpack, organise, and prepare products for studio use.
  • Deliver stock and products safely to studio spaces and production teams.
  • Collect and process products following shoots and coordinate returns to warehouses or clients.
  • Support the smooth flow of merchandise across multiple studio productions.

Operational Excellence

  • Work closely with studio teams to manage expectations and support production schedules.
  • Maintain high standards of organisation, accuracy, and client service.
  • Contribute to daily team activities and operational priorities.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and ways of working.

Vehicle & Equipment Support

  • Drive company vehicles when required and authorised to do so.
  • Support the safe operation and maintenance of logistics equipment and vehicles.
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures and standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, stock control, merchandise, or operational support role is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Full UK driving licence desirable.
